Mornings at The Roost start at Cameo, our snazzy coffee + tea counter and the beating heart of the hall from morning to night. From expertly made cappuccinos, lattes and the like - to artisan teas and a rotating roster of fine roasters - to a menu of croissants, scones, muffins and more, Cameo's got what you need to get your day going. Need something with a bit more substance? Red Apron's got the days covered with a hearty menu that veers from eggs, sausage, bacon and burgers - to avocado toast and pastrami hash served daily from 8 to 3. And on weekends we bring on the brunch without specials available throughout the hall.
